I'm still sick......
It’s been 4 days already…I’ve been suffering from gastritis since Monday; luckily, I’m feeling better today, which I believe mainly because of the medicine from my lovely family doctor, Dr. Kim. I tried very hard to be a responsible employee so I went back to the office yesterday morning even though I wasn't still feeling ok to work. I ended up worked with 50% of my body til 6:30pm and went to visit Dr.Kim after.
Haven said that Dr.Kim is my beloved family doctor, he certainly gave me something nice apart from medicine; he wrote me a doctor’s certificate for a sick leave today…heheee…the first day sick leave wasn’t pleasant but this one is a bliss.
”people come people go”, it’s a common saying when we hear someone is leaving a workplace. However, when you see people heading to their next stations, have you ever thought how would you look like next time when you meet those people again? Recently I ran into a couple old friends; whom I’d worked and became friends with in my previous campanies. They all have better jobs than I do now. I’m truly happy for them even though at one point I felt I was so behind. But soon I realized that I have friends who’ll call me 2 days before birthday to make sure I won’t be a alone bug during my big day, I have someone to pamper me whenever I got upset, I have parents who make me nutritious meal when I’m sick…so I do have a happy life that I’m very proud of ^^ and actually, most of us living on this piece of happy HK land do…we just need to think bigger.
